We may see her as one of Hollywood’s sexiest stars but according to an online poll done by the National Education Association Jessica Alba is also the celebrity most of us would like to have as our substitute teacher :) having garnered 48% of the tallied voted.
Second place was Oprah Winfrey with 24%
Third place was a shocker, Angelina Jolie came in with 14% of the votes.

Jessica believes her Hollywood career is ruining her relationship with Cash Warren, they met while she was filming the “Fantastic Four” back in 2004 but they seem to be having difficulty juggleing their respective careers and still having time for a real relationship.
Alba says “Just being an actress and being in a relationship at the same time – I don’t recommend it.”
Now that Cash Warren has started making his own movies things surely won’t get any easier!
I’m not really sure what to make of this, if I was dating Jessica Alba I don’t think I’d be running off to increase my time away from home but it does seem to continue a disturbing trend started by Kevin Federline, lucky guy meets celebrity girl, guy gets girl, guy runs off to start a new career..
I hope thats not the case here..

At least thats what Jessica Alba believes, recently in an interview with USA Today she revealed that her favorite purse is a stunning lamb-leather combo Gustto Parina, made in italy, worth over $600!
Jessica Alba told the newspaper “Aside from the sheer practicality of something you can carry your whole life around in, a bag really pulls an outfit together. A great bag can make an everyday outfit something special.”
Being male I don’t really have much to add from that perspective but I know most woman couldn’t afford something so expensive…. I hope my girlfriend never finds that qoute

While this may be a disappointment to some fans, I personally say “Good for you” sure being a guy and seeing her on screen sometimes we let our imaginations break away from reality but in today’s society where the general consensus is sex sells and every bus shelter and tv commerical is plastered with almost naked woman I say she has the right idea.
She recently told Elle magazine: “I don’t do nudity. I just don’t. Maybe that makes me a bad actress. Maybe I won’t get hired in some things. But I have too much anxiety. It is against who I am. I’ve been working so hard to be somebody else,” she said.

When I saw this I was extremely saddend as I was brought up in a religious home, apparently after being shunned by the latin community she found her way to a Christian Church, for the last 4 years she has been attending services their but finally gave up on the religion because older men would hit on her… When she approached her youth pastor he claimed it was because of her choice in clothing when she says it wasn’t!
In Jessica Alba’s own words “older men would look hit on me and my youth pastor said it was because I was wearing provocative clothing, when I wasn’t, It just made me feel like if I was in any way desirable to the opposite sex, that it was my fault, and it made me ashamed of my body and of being a woman.”
This is a bit concerning but I can sort of understand what the pastor may have meant when he said that for an attractive girl like Jessica Alba wearing even some old jeans and a tshirt can be extremely attractive, whereas an unattractive woman could walk around in a bra and panties and turn many guys off so I do kind of believe if you wear anything that makes you look good you shouldn’t be suprised when it attracts the opposite sex, however that being said it’s saddening that older men in her church took to hitting on her thats a definate no-no and she definately wasn’t asking for it.
Given her closing comments in the interview however I don’t really believe she was ever really into the religion to begin with.
